Since retiring in 2015, he has emerged as an expert in environmental protection and sustainable aviation, representing Indonesia at ICAO and focusing on GHG emissions and carbon offset schemes. He continues to contribute as a senior advisor for the Ministry of Transport, a visiting lecturer, and an author on climate change in transportation.

Ir. Ashwin Sasongko Sastrosubroto, MSc., PhD., IPU

Ashwin is a senior ICT and technology leader with an engineering background from Bandung Institute of Technology and Aston University (UK). He began his career at PT LEN Industri, progressing to technical and director-level roles in advanced electronics and satellite systems. Since 1998, he has held high-ranking government positions, including Director General at the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, and has extensive experience in ICT policy and governance. He has represented Indonesia in international forums like the UN, ITU, and ASEAN.

Ir. Bambang Goeritno Soekamto, MSc., MPA., IPU, APEC Eng.

Senior civil engineer and infrastructure leader with a degree from Bandung Institute of Technology (1979) and master’s degrees from MIT (Business Administration) and Harvard (Public Administration). With 33 years of government service, he has extensive experience in infrastructure development, including planning, budgeting, implementation, and asset management. He has held key leadership roles in the Ministry of Public Works, including Director General of Construction and Inspector General, and managed major urban development projects.

 Ir. Bambang Sapto Pratomosunu, MSc., Dipl.Aph., PhD

Bambang Sapto is an experienced geodetic engineer with 37 years of public service, specializing in digital mapping and remote sensing. He holds degrees from the Bandung Institute of Technology, University College London, and a PhD from the University of Nottingham. His extensive career includes 16 years at the National Mapping Agency, along with leadership roles in the Ministry of Research and Technology and the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Now retired, he serves as a senior lecturer at the National Institute of Public Administration (LAN), where he focuses on leadership training and promoting integrity.

 Ir. Lolly Amalia Abdullah, M.Sc

Lolly Amalia Abdullah is an esteemed Indonesian expert in telecommunications and digital policy, with decades of experience shaping the country's digital ecosystem. An alumna of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) and UMIST in the United Kingdom, she played an instrumental role in the early development of Indonesia’s internet infrastructure and was a founding figure of PANDI, the registry responsible for managing the national .id domain. Additionally, she pioneered the Cyber Notary initiative and significantly contributed to national telecommunications policies that facilitated Indonesia’s transition to modern digital infrastructure. Currently, she serves as a Senior Expert at the Centre for Technology and Innovation Studies (CTIS), where she focuses on digital sovereignty, ethical AI implementation, and the protection of local intellectual property.
